Perchè… sono sempre l’ultimo a sapere le cose?
Uno dei motivi per gli italiani si tengono alla larga dalle questioni legali, anche quando sono vittime di soprusi, è il costo degli avvocati.
Non lo sapevo, e l’ho scoperto recentemente, che in alcuni casi anche in Italia il sistema è simile a quello degli Stati Uniti. Gli avvocati percepiscono una percentuale sul rimborso che sono riusciti ad ottenere, al contrario di quanto accade normalmente. Ovviamente questo significa una tutela ed un impegno massimo da parte del legale, che prenderà lo “stipendio” solo se sarà in grado di ottenere un cospiquo quanto equo risarcimento
E’ il caso dei risarcimenti per episodi di malasanità , interventi chirurgici tecnicamente errati e dannosi, una terapie idonee o nocive oppure omissioni di cure mediche.
Spero che non debba mai servire a nessuno, ma credo sia importante far conoscere questo aspetto che riguarda le richieste di risarcimento in ambito medico.
